Zeto Form Notification & Alerts follows Zetomation's privacy standards. We do not share, rent, or sell personal data. We only store information required to configure, deliver, troubleshoot, and support form-based notifications.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Zeto Form Notification & Alerts use and transfer of information received from Google APIs abides by theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
OAuth scopes
The add-on requests the following Google permissions to power Google Forms notifications and alerts:
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/forms - Read form structure and responses needed to trigger notification workflows
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.container.ui - Render add-on sidebars, dialogs, and setup screens inside Google Forms
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.send_mail - Send Apps Script email notifications for configured workflows
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.scriptapp - Create and manage Apps Script triggers that run form notification workflows
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.external_request - Fetch approved external resources and call configured external services
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email - Identify the Google account configuring and running notifications
Information we collect
- Personal information: Email addresses captured via Google Sign-In to associate notification rules with the correct account.
- Form configuration: Form identifiers, notification rules, recipient settings, message templates, and optional attachment or PDF settings configured by the user.
- Log and activity data: Execution metadata, delivery status, trigger type, and errors used to monitor reliability and troubleshoot incidents.
How we use the information
- Service delivery: Run form-response workflows and send the notifications you configure.
- Support: Diagnose setup, trigger, quota, and delivery issues when you request help.
- Communications: Share critical product updates or respond to support requests.
Keeping your data secure
We rely on Google Cloud Platform for infrastructure security. Nobody outside your Google Workspace domain gains access to Google Forms data through the add-on. All handling of Google API data respects Google's Limited Use policy.
