Using our services
These terms apply to all Zetomation products including Zeto Sheet Automation and Zeto Sheet Notification & Alerts, and Zeto Form Notification & Alerts, and Zeto Sign. You must follow the product policies and usage guidance we share within the services. Do not misuse our software, for example by interfering with service operations or accessing features through unsupported methods.
Zeto Form Notification & Alerts - Usage Limits & Responsibilities
- Email Quotas: The add-on relies on your Google Workspace or standard Gmail account to dispatch emails. You are subject to Google's standard daily email sending limits (typically 100/day for free Gmail, and 1,500/day for Workspace accounts). Zetomation is not responsible for unsent notifications resulting from exhausted Google quotas.
- Compliance: You are solely responsible for the content of the emails generated using the add-on and for ensuring you have the legal right and necessary consent to send automated emails to your designated recipients.
- Deliverability: Zetomation does not guarantee the deliverability of emails, as this is controlled by Google's Mail infrastructure and the receiving mail servers' spam filters.
- Permissions: The add-on uses Google OAuth permissions only to operate configured form notifications, send emails, manage add-on triggers, and support approved integrations.
Zeto Sign - Usage Limits & Responsibilities
- Signing links: Zeto Sign creates a hosted signing link from a Google Form you sync. You are responsible for deciding who receives that link and for ensuring the form content is accurate before collecting responses.
- Consent and authority: You are responsible for having the right and any required consent to collect signer information, form answers, and electronic signatures through Zeto Sign.
- Electronic signatures: Zeto Sign helps capture a signature image and store a signature URL with the submitted response. Zetomation does not provide legal advice and does not determine whether a signature or document is legally enforceable for your specific use case.
- Google Forms and Sheets sync: Zeto Sign acts as a proxy, attempting to submit completed hosted responses back into the original Google Form so the linked Google Sheet can receive a response row. Google account permissions, form settings, linked Sheet setup, Google service availability, or changes to Google Forms' internal behavior may affect whether that row is accepted or displayed. Zetomation is not liable for data syncing failures caused by third-party platform limitations.
- Appropriate data use: Do not use Zeto Sign to collect prohibited, unlawful, or highly sensitive information unless you have confirmed that your use complies with applicable laws, organizational policies, and any required technical safeguards.
Intellectual property
Using our services does not grant ownership of any intellectual property rights in the software or content you access. Zetomation grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the add-ons while you have an active subscription.
Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with any Zetomation service, email support@zetomation.com. We will work with you on troubleshooting or a refund when appropriate.
Warranties and disclaimers
We provide our services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care. Other than what is expressly set out in these terms, Zetomation makes no specific promises about the services and provides them “as is”.
Liability
When permitted by law, Zetomation is not responsible for lost profits, revenues, data, financial losses, or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms or add supplemental terms for new features. Please review the terms regularly. If you do not agree with updates to a service, discontinue use of that service.
