One successfully saved Zeto Sign response containing a signature counts once. Retries, PDF downloads and emails do not use extra response allowance. Free resets each UTC calendar month; Pro resets monthly on your subscription anniversary, including annual subscriptions. Unused allowance does not roll over.
Existing owners receive at least 30 days’ notice before enforcement. Reaching a limit or canceling does not remove access to existing responses or available PDFs. Historical responses without recorded evidence cannot be converted into evidence PDFs.
Pro removes promotional branding, not privacy, consent or PDF evidence attribution. Email PDF attachments, reminders and custom logos are not included. Notification delivery remains subject to sending limits.
