Google API Services User Data Policy
Zeto Sheet Notification & Alerts use and transfer of information received from Google APIs abides by theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
OAuth scopes
The add-on requests the following Google permissions to power spreadsheet-based alerts:
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets — Create triggers bound to the spreadsheet
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.container.ui — Render add-on sidebars, dialogs, and error messages
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.external_request — Call external webhooks and APIs
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.send_mail — Send notifications on behalf of the automation owner
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.scriptapp — Manage automation execution and trigger types
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email — Identify the account configuring automations
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/forms — Trigger workflows when Google Form responses arrive
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.deployments — Create and update Google Apps Script deployments
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.projects — Maintain Google Apps Script projects
Information we collect
- Personal information: Email addresses captured via Google Sign-In to associated automations with the correct user.
- Account information: Plan selection, validity, and subscription renewal history.
- Log and activity data: Execution metadata (run duration, trigger type, errors) that helps us monitor reliability and troubleshoot incidents.
How we use the information
- Service delivery: Enforce automation limits and ensure alerts run under the right Workspace account.
- Support: Investigate outages, resolve configuration issues, and improve add-on performance.

Keeping your data secure
We rely on Google Cloud Platform for infrastructure security. We do not sell or rent personal information. We may use analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to monitor overall performance and quality.
Nobody outside your Google Workspace domain gains access to sheet data via the add-on. All handling of API data respects Google's Limited Use policy.
